Trump: Send Illegals Back Home…’You Either Have Laws Or You Don’t’

by Brian Hayes | Top Right News

Donald Trump laid out his immigration plan on Hannity Monday night, with a new plan we haven’t heard from any other candidate.

Trump called for ALL illegal aliens to be sent back home, with some potentially being permitted back in after a delay, but only if they pass background and criminal checks. Trump also wants to spend “whatever it takes” to build a border fence to keep the “bad guys” out “for good.”

This is the first time we have heard any GOP candidate even suggest deporting a single one of the so-called “11 million” illegals to face a legal process from abroad, and it is an intriguing idea. To his credit, when Sean gave the phony “11 million” number, Trump interrupted with “or more.” Bingo!

Trump: You got to build a wall. It’s not an easy thing to do. And I’ll get it done. And believe me, I’ll do it for the right but I’m also going to have Mexico pay for it. Mexico is making a fortune off of us. They will pay for it. So, just mark my word. That’s called “negotiation.” …Before I even start a wall we’d get rid of the bad ones. We have a lot of really bad apples. We have a lot of bad dudes that are causing tremendous problems… I was very proud of bringing up illegal immigration. It was not easy to do. I would get rid of the bad ones, the criminals, we have a lot of people who are here who shouldn’t be here. And, I don’t want to house them in our jails because it’s costing a fortune. I want them to go back to the country where they came from. Not only Mexico, plenty of other countries. They are pouring across the border. So that’s number one. Then there’s number two. There’s some great people. But, you either have laws or you don’t have laws. I would get them back to where they are and I would try to work out a process to where they could come in legally. But, they have to come in legally, Sean. It’s about laws.

  • Michael Steninger

Boldest person in politics in a long time…Hes a business man, and knows exactly how to balance the budget and get us turned around, to wipe out our debt… I think he would be taken more seriously then obama in world affairs. I believe he is the best thing we got going for us…we have been handed half-assed Rebublicans to choose…for to long. And the GOP are quite scared of him…im sure !!

  • No2stupidity

He could do it by banning imports and cutting off vacation travel to Mexico. It would cost them a fortune- more than it would to finance a real border fence. Not as hard as we think it would be. Our jelly back gov’t would never do this right now.

Donald Trump is intelligent and knowledgable on this subject, I live in southern California and it is needed. Robert Baker

This man stands alone. We’ve seen him go through many of comments. Trump is just a winner, and winners never loose. He’s built an empire and knows business. He uses common sense when dealing with the Republican career politicians. He now has a bill named for him that has passed the lower chamber. If it passes they will start to defund the Sanctuary Cities..They need to go one step further and make it that if the people responsible for enforcing the laws, if they don’t the they will be arrested. These government officials have a fiduciary responsibility to the citizens of our country. PERIOD

Stopping the flow of money back into Mexico from illegal aliens sending it home would be a great place to start… turn off the spigot and people will stop coming to fill up.

    • Gregory Joyner

      Amen to that

  • Carol Lowe

We heard all this before. Now try to hype everyone up again so people will turn against him. This is no surprise he has said this right from the start. Just keep up the nuisance of hearing this over and over. Media, Democrat, Republican smear machines are going to be working over time on Donald Trump that’s a for sure but he will have my vote.

For the money we spend housing them, book the flights, build the wall.

    • sgb1

All the social benefits, education, medical care and housing. That is a lot. round them up, Put them on a bus or plane and get rid of them. Make it a serious crime to return and enforce it. Make chain immigration impossible. Make birthright citizenship go away. Stop the lottery. Stop allowing new people in until our own are working.

      • Panzer

They complain about the cost of deportation. Simply fine and arrest the employers and they will move themselves. But no leaders with spine or love of their country.

We have 20,000 laws regulating the 2nd amendment that shows precedent that the states can pass a few to regulate the 14th and hopefully make it retroactive . Other wise they have won and la raza will dominate by sheer numbers .

I love how the interviews are done right in his own building! LOL Doesn’t even have to go anywhere. They come to him.

    • Jane

I thought I was the only one who noticed that….lol..

  • Bryon Miller

Good for Trump!! I couldn’t agree more!!!Our politicians don’t care about laws, they exempt themselves from everything the pass!!

  • JMudder

Okay, finally a Candidate who has some sort of a plan (provided he can get Congress and the States to assist). Doubt that he can get Mexico to assist in making the border secure on their side, unless it is by withholding military and other forms of aid, again with the approval of Congress. So a hip-hip-hurrah for Mr. Trump.
I certainly hope that this is the path the Republicans take as a part of the platform. On other issues I’m not so sure about Trump, he has the same egotism and arrogance that Obama has. It is very early, more than a year to go, we’ll just have to see.

  • hatebothparties

Mexico won’t pay to build the wall (maybe we can stop by Home Depot?), they would have to figure out how to take care of their share of the 11 million illegals returned to their country.

    • Vince Quaresima

I really don’t care if Mexico would pay for the wall or not.

We need it. So build it.

And just think of all the “shovel-ready jobs” THAT would create!!!

It worked for the Chinese (the Great Wall of China – visible from the ISS!!).
It worked for Hadrian (Hadrian’s Wall – between England and Scotland).
And it will work for the United States!

    • Ferrari fan

would be funny to have the wall built by the very people it is going to keep out.

  • Ron Smith

    I love this guy.

  • dasher

Our country needs an enema, and Donald Trump is the only candidate from either party willing to administer the syringe.

  • formercanuck

I have come to this country legally, and I agree to a certain extent with Trump.
This country was founded on laws, and as it has been noted in the constitution – no one is above the law.
By ignoring the law, allowing people to effectively be under the radar allows for 2 complete classes of people (I won’t say citizens). Those that are part of the ‘system’ and struggle, and those that are not part of the system, and hide, work in the shadows. This brings in a bit of class warfare because of the welfare system in many places (read California) which allow for MANY ‘rights’ for those which are not part of the system
    a) WIC, Food stamps, Section 8 housing
    b) Drivers licenses
    c) Daycare (gov’t paid)
    d) Government lunch program (even during summer)
    e) Healthcare (MediCal, MediCaid, Medicare)

The establishment (both Democrats and Republicans) fear the electoral base, and do not wish to change the status quo for many reasons.
    a) Democrats, and their businesses make money off those on the government dole (Schools, Hospitals, Police, Section 8) and as a result get a large friendly bunch of voters (as long as the government keeps giving)
    b) E-Republicans like to have a LARGE somewhat oppressed workforce that will work under the table / for lower cost, and have an ever increasing amount of people to buy their products.

I agree with Trump, that we must remove the funding to the undocumented system by taxpayers. Its wrong on so many levels. If that well dries up, many will go home anyways.

    Well said.

  • Vince Quaresima

When Reagan was elected back in 1980, the USSR almost immediately began to “change its tune” and after Reagan stared down the USSR at two summit meetings their collapse began.

    Why?

Because the Russians were completely convinced that Reagan was INSANE ENOUGH to “push the button.”

Of course, he never would have initiated a first-strike, but the importance was the PERCEPTION. He scared the living crap out of the USSR.

The moral here? Simple. WE NEED ANOTHER PRESIDENT that would do the same sort of thing.

    Now ask yourself this question:
Of the current crop of candidates, from either party, which ones could do that?

As much as it pains me to say, there is only one answer: Donald Trump

The Republican “inner circle” is absolutely foolish to not take him seriously.
The Republican VOTER is taking him seriously – and at the “end of the day” that is ALL that really matters.

Can he beat The Hillabeast? IN A HEARTBEAT.
I would LOVE to see the Presidential Debates with The Hillabeast vs.Trump!!

HE WOULD CHEW HER UP AND SPIT HER OUT!!!!

  • Eagleonem

It’s about time somebody says what he said.
But more important, somebody DO something about it. If those politicians in Congress keep hibernating and ignoring what he says they might have to deal with him as president and he’ll kick their A sses when he’s in office.
No more politicians playing politics with important issues and ignoring our laws written in the Constitution, time to roll up the sleeves and let a businessman run the business. I want to hear “you’re fired” a lot in DC.
When he invites you into the Oval Office it won’t be to play poker.

Finally the message and actions needed.
