‘Caitlyn’ Jenner Just Got Some VERY Bad News About Deadly Car Crash

Top Right News reported last month on the surveillance video which clearly showed that the then-Bruce Jenner was culpable in the death of a woman when his Escalade plowed into two different cars:

The footage not only shows Jenner, but a close up of the white Lexus sedan driver, 69-year-old Kim Howe, after Jenner’s black Escalade crashed into her sedan. Jenner knocked Howe into oncoming traffic, where she was killed on impact after colliding with a black Hummer.

Jenner then also hit a black Prius, owned by 29-year-old Jessica Steindorff, before finally applying his brakes — clear negligence, experts agree.

However on July 10th, police announced that Jenner would likely only be charged with a misdemeanor for “reckless driving”.

Well the backlash was so severe from the public, that the L.A. Sheriff’s department is now referring the case to the D.A. for criminal prosecution, and the charges are much more serious.

According to Variety:

Caitlyn Jenner could be charged with manslaughter following her car accident in Malibu earlier this year that left one dead.

“The case will be submitted to the district attorney next week,” said Lt. Shaun Mathers of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Detectives have completed their six-month investigation and are set to present evidence to the prosecution that could lead to a misdemeanor manslaughter charge against the “I Am Cait” star.

A misdemeanor manslaughter charge usually carries a one-year county jail sentence.

But it is by no means a done deal:

Because there’s “nothing really egregious” in the case, Det. Richard Curry of the Sheriff’s Dept. said there’s a “50/50” chance that she will be charged.

The family of victim Kim Howe have blasted Jenner after footage was released, and also has been very critical of authorities for treating him with “kid gloves,” when, as they allege, an average citizen would likely have been arrested at the scene, or face serious jail time.

Yes they should prosecute. They can not just let it go due to who the person is!

Good, this freak seems to hardly miss a beat or care, off to get a mani pedi and then pick up another ‘COURAGE” Award! Are you S#$%ing me?

    • Klub Marcus

Trannywreck Jenner “courageously” kept his foot off the brake so he could hit two cars for the price of one!

  • Golfer1113

Should be prosecuted, absolutely. And the family should sue for a wrongful death.

  • Jerry

This looks very bad for Jenner, following way to close and towing at the same time. It looks more than reckless.

  • fuqnorv

If it had used a gun and accidentally killed someone it would already be tried, convicted and rotting in prison with the rest of the sodomites.

  • Jazz

He should be made an example of. I’m sick of rich people getting away with crimes that the rest of us would go to jail for.

  • Mike Putrow

    QUIT CALING HM SHE.

  • Rick Etter

HE, HE, It is NOT a woman. HE hasn’t even chopped his dick off yet.

    • Klub Marcus

Watching Jenner is like watching a trannywreck.

      • Kevin Hoyes

ROFLMFAO / LMFAO etc etc etc ……

      • Panzer

Yes but at least there is some symmetry to a train wreck, so Id prefer that.

  • Richard Latsch

Prosecute and jail for 2 years and pay family 5 million

  • LaFlare1017

I’m glad to see manslaughter on the table, but honestly, I never knew there was such a thing as a “misdemeanor” manslaughter charge. Someone lost their life, it should be a felony with mandatory jail time. Even with a conviction they’ll probably defer the sentence with completion of probation and community service. That’s not right, I don’t care who you are, if you take someone’s life because you can’t pay attention, you should get a severe penalty. Bruce said he wasn’t on his phone, honestly I doubt it, he didn’t hit his breaks until he hit two separate vehicles, clearly he was not even looking at the road. The “nothing really egregious” quote from the police is an insult to the family that is mourning their loved one.

  • LaFlare1017

On another note, someone in my area is facing hard time for a death resulting from car accident even though there is evidence he wasn’t even the one driving(complicated story, I won’t go into that part, his family has a website with evidence supporting his claim, it was a big deal for locals her, but that’s beyond my point). The point is, they looked up that non-rich non-celebrity person from my area and threw away the key without even solid evidence, because of a car accident, and they are letting Bruce off with a misdemeanor at most while he goes around collecting awards. It’s a sad world.

  • Ferrari fan

How did this take so long? And only one year in prison? Should be a LOT longer! He should have had his stupid “Courage Award” taken away. Not mention having his show cancelled while he sat in jail awaiting trial.

  • Wuz nt Me

    Surely they won’t put IT in a woman’s prison…?

    • Jeff Allen

Wait and see it is california

  • Kevin Hoyes

God dam right, Just because this man is on tv and wears womens clothes doesn’t mean his so called celebrity gets ”IT” out of charges the rest of us would face, i am so sick and tired of celebrities and public figures getting off or lighter sentences than everyone else, this is bullshit, go get him/her DA !

  • phatazz

Well, if he goes to prison…………
The state of California will probably be on the hook to pay for the mangina operation change.

  • Robert Farrell

IS THAT LOADED TRAILER EQUIPPED WITH BRAKES? IT LOOKS LIKE THE WRONG VEHICLE TO PULL A LARGE LOADED TRAILER-THE LAWYERS AND DEPT OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES NEED TO INVESTIGATE

  • Robert Farrell

AND IF SO WERE THE BRAKES CONNECTED AND OPERATIVE?

  • Zero

Somebody died and she or he or whatever the hell it is has it’s own TV show. America! Disgraceful.

  • calypsodancler

“it” will plea bargain to the lesser charge of “Driving While Being a White Male”

  • Marilyn Taylor Horton
