BREAKING: Ratings for the OSCARS Just Came In… And They’re Absolutely BRUTAL

Sunday night’s Academy Awards broadcast was a complete fiasco.

Celebrities bashed Trump, called him a racist, quoted the Islamic Koran, and denounced building walls of any kind.

But they couldn’t even get the most important moment right…blowing the award for Best Picture in the final minutes of chaos…

And the news got even worse Monday morning, as the overnight ratings came in and showed that Americans didn’t give a crap about the Hollyweird spectacle.

According to Nielsen, the early numbers indicate that the Oscars garnered a mere 21.4 rating in metered market households. 34 million people were estimated to have watched the awards show in 2016 with a rating of 23.4, meaning 2017’s ratings were a full 10 percent lower than last year.

This, according to Nielsen, is the biggest year-to-year drop in Oscar history.

OUCH!

This, despite Meryl Streep’s much-publicized bashing of Trump at last month’s Golden Globe Awards.

Streep ranted about politics while receiving her ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ at the Globes, generating outrage. Especially when she attacked MMA and Football:

“So, Hollywood is crawling with outsiders and foreigners. And if we kick them all out, we’ll have nothing to watch but football and mixed martial arts, which are not the arts.”

Americans apparently weren’t interested in seeing more of that.

And there’s nothing these liberal narcissists hate more than being ignored.

Perhaps the boycott instigated by conservative group Tempe Republican Women that called on Trump supporters to avoid watching the Oscars, worked.

“These arrogant, pompous, pampered soulless individuals declare that half of Americans are racist, sexist, and bigoted for voicing our political choice through Donald Trump,” the group wrote, “Yet there can be no doubt that the entertainment industry does more to exploit, degrade, minimize, and stereotype women than Donald Trump or any other industry ever has.”

The boycott plans were everywhere…and it looks like it worked…

Hmmm…wonder how Trump’s ratings tomorrow night will compare to the Oscar dive.
