BREAKING: Stunning News From the FBI Has Hillary Clinton Aides in a PANIC

by Brian Hayes | Top Right News

A new bombshell report out of the FBI has Democrats deeplpy concerned, as the Bureau has just launched an “independent classification review” into Hillary Clinton’s emails — a section few expected would ever be triggered.

As FoxNews reports:

The FBI has expanded its probe of Hillary Clinton’s emails, with agents exploring whether multiple statements violate a federal false statements statute, according to intelligence sources familiar with the ongoing case.

Fox News is told agents are looking at U.S. Code 18, Section 1001, which pertains to “materially false” statements given either in writing, orally or through a third party. Violations also include pressuring a third party to conspire in a cover-up. Each felony violation is subject to five years in prison.

To be a violation, the statements do not need to be given under oath.

In this case, legal experts as well as a former FBI agent said, Section 1001 could apply if Clinton, her aides or attorney were not forthcoming with FBI agents about her emails, classification and whether only non-government records were destroyed.

It was this same review that got Martha Stewart jail time, and aides to Clinton who had been furiously lobbying Obama to leash the FBI are stunned that the review has gotten this far.

This phase represents an expansion of the FBI probe, which is also exploring potential violations of an Espionage Act provision relating to “gross negligence” in the handling of national defense information.

Former FBI agent Tomothy Gill said Hillary could be in serious jeopardy:

“This is a broad, brush statute that punishes individuals who are not direct and fulsome in their answers,” former FBI agent Timothy Gill told Fox News. Gill is not connected to the email investigation, but spent 16 years as part of the bureau’s national security branch, and worked the post 9/11 anthrax case where considerable time was spent resolving discrepancies in Bruce Ivins’ statements and his unusual work activities at Fort Detrick, Md.

“It is a cover-all. The problem for a defendant is when their statements cause the bureau to expend more time, energy, resources to de-conflict their statements with the evidence,” he said.

“The agents involved are under a lot of pressure and are busting a–,” an intelligence source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, told Fox News.

And — most worrisome to Clinton staffers — two U.S. government officials told Fox News that the FBI is doing its own classification review of the Clinton emails, effectively cutting out what has become a grinding process at the State Department.

Hillary lackey Under Secretary for Management Patrick Kennedy has tried to argue that the “Top Secret” emails on Clinton’s server could have been pulled from unclassified sources including news reports.

But the FBI is now bypassing Kennedy and State, which signals they may suspect a cover-up.

This is truly stunning news that the media is doing its best to put in the back pages and pray nothing will come of it.

But remember that Obama’s chief senior aide Valerie Jarrett is the one who first leaked the email scandal to the press — just days after Clinton announced for president.

That the FBI is ditching the State Department’s control for its own extensive probe could be another sign that Team Obama is just fine with seeing Hillary go down.

I for one hope that this is a thorough investigation, and not ‘washed’ due to politics in the current administration. While, as Mrs. Clinton has stated, it is not illegal to have a private email server, it is illegal to have classified government documents on a server that is not

    a) Secured by the US Government
    b) Meets US Government security requirements (i.e. not open to the world, backups/retention, patches, licensing)

    c) Follow US regulations and policies (i.e. Freedom of Information Act)
    d) Any other protocol as required.

If I was to run Government related business from my home PC, I would have been fired, and possibly held for treason.

I find it ironic that a Leftist government that wants audit/protocol (eg. Dodd/Frank, HIPAA, etc) finds itself not wanting to use it.

If there were documents that are on ‘her’ public facing server that are government classified, she MUST be held accountable, held to the Espionage Act. If Edward Snowden can be held for this, so can she.

No one should be getting his hopes up. Clinton knows how long the American attention span is and she uses it to her advantage continuously. After all, at this point what difference does it make?

Shady shit is going on behind the scenes. Hillary already lied to the FBI the same way Martha Stewart did. However since Hillary has political ties she won’t face the same consequences for he actions. It’s unfair, but sadly that is how it works in the world of Politics. If I was Martha Stewart I’d be pissed right now.

She will never confess and she will never back down. She feels she is entitled to do whatever she chooses and is above reproach. What’s seriously sad is that Democrats defy the law and any ruling and still end up covering their bad smell. Nixon (a Republican) took responsibility and stepped down before trials disgraced him or his staff. While all seemed to point to Nixon, even if he wasn’t in on Watergate, he took RESPONSIBILITY. A word Democrat Politicians have no clue about.
