FINALISTS to Replace Megyn Kelly at FoxNews Just Revealed…

With Megyn Kelly FINALLY leaving Fox News, viewers who deserted her anti-Trump program are looking for someone who will treat the new president with respect.

According to Truth Feed,  the Murdochs want a woman to stay in the time slot, and the two sons now running the network, Lachlan and James, have reportedly narrowed the decision down to 8 candidates.

Here they are:

Trish Regan

Regan is perhaps the most solid choice, having been a tough reporter for NBC News, a popular anchor at CNBC, and creator and host of the two most watched documentaries in the history of that business network.  Regan has also performed solidly at the GOP debates, earning a tough-but-fair reputation.

Shannon Bream

Bream stepped in for Megyn often when she was away and did a far better job staying neutral during the GOP Primary. She is respected among Trump supporters for this fairness, and could help bring back some of Kelly’s disaffected viewers. A common joke in the Trump community was that the times when Shannon Bream hosted The Kelly File were the only times the show was good.

Sandra Smith

The Smith File?” The former LSU champion sprinter is definitely a competitors, and an effective conservative voice over at the Fox Business network.

Martha MacCallum

martha_maccallum
Martha MacCallum would be a solid choice. A seasoned FoxNews veteran, she has filled in frequently for both Kelly and O’Reilly, and is popular with viewers.

Kimberly Guilfoyle

Kimberly Guilfoyle is rumored to be lobbying for the job.  She is known for her tough but smart retorts on shows like The Five, but would this translate well into an hour long political commentary show?

Laura Ingraham

laura-i

Laura Ingraham, who was a huge hit at the Republican National Convention (above) is a regular guest on Hannity and was rumored to be a candidate for Trump’s Press Secretary.

A tough, relentless debater, who injects wit and snark as well, Ingraham would be a good choice, but already has a very successful radio show she does from home, where she is mom to several young kids.

Tomi Lahren

tomi-lahren

A rising star, formerly of America One News, Lahren is the odd conservative out at unhinged Trump-hater Glenn Beck’s The Blaze, where there are reportedly tensions over her support for Trump.

At 24, Tomi is still very young, but has built a huge social media following.

Ann Coulter

Ann Coulter

Ann Coulter, the popular Supervillain to liberals was one of the most vindicated people November 8th. We somehow doubt the next generation of moderately conservative Murdoch’s would choose Ann, but she would sure be an intriguing choice.

Who do you want to see replace Megyn Kelly at FoxNews? Let us know on Facebook and in the comments below…

  • WhatMeWorry

    Tomi’s not 26 dumbass

  • Bill Kelly

Any of the first four would be okay. The other four would lose huge numbers of viewers.

  • Steven Boyd

Tomi or Laura would be awesome.

  • Deplorable Cowgirl R.D.

I like Kimberly or Tomi. Both have the spark that would ignite the night time lineup.

  • David Seward

Tomi Lahren would definitely be the choice I would make.

  • Wm Bj Miller Pollock Jr.

First Pick; Tomi Lahren… Second; Kimberly Guilfoyle. But truthfully, ANY one of them would be successful, with maybe the exception of Ann Coulter. I just don’t see Ms. Coulter as a “Fit”. As for Megyn Kelly, I wish her well at NBC. Hopefully, she can bring “Honesty” to “that” network, which they sorely NEED.

  • Cheryl Ferguson-Dupuy

    Laura or Kimberly

  • YeOldeFool

This will never happen, but in my opinion Andrea Tantaros !!
From this group I prefer these women:
    1. Laura Ingraham
    2. Ann Coulter
    3. Tomi Lahren…

    NOT these ladies:
    Kimberly Guilfoyle
    Trish Regan

  • PACANTBE

    KG for sure…

  • srednas75Wes Sanders

Tomi Lahren, Laura Ingraham, but as said below, any of them would be good.

    • I’ve earned $84 ,000 already now working on line and also I’m a full time student . I’m utilizing a home based business opportunity I heard about and in addition I’ve earned this kind of good money . It’s extremely user-friendly and also I’m just so happy that I discovered out regarding it . The capability with this is end-less . Here’s what I do, please have a look at my account for site name >>>

  • RSimcox

None of these ladies are close to being as good as Kelly. Why not Dana Perino?

    • kderose

you apparently don’t know much about these women, do you?

      • RSimcox

Their personal lives? No. How they convey themselves on tv, yes. Kelly will be tough to replace.

  • Pegasus999

What do all the above women have in common? They’re young, most are blond, all are gorgeous…apparently one doesn’t need cognitive ability, toughness, or grasp of the issues nearly as much as they need to be aesthetically pleasing.

    • kderose

wow! …. so … you don’t think any of these women deserve the position just because, IN ADDITION TO being incredibly smart and articulate … they are also blond and pretty? Any of them would be a wonderful hostess for the show. You apparently don’t know much about them.

      • Pegasus999

You’re being ridiculous. From the pictures, it’s clear that they are selected first based on looks and then second, based on other factors, such as intelligence and being articulate. If they were choosing based on ability, the candidates wouldn’t all look like women straight out of a beauty contest…and that’s what this looks to be…a beauty contest.

        • kderose

I stand by my comments … and it’s very clear that you know NOTHING about these ladies. Sad, that you are so uninformed.

          • Joseph Castellano

Any of these women would tear Pegasus up in a debate!

          • Pegasus999

Oh sure they would (eyes rolling). You don’t know me and you shouldn’t cast aspersions on my ability without knowing me.

          • Joseph Castellano

Oh thats funny coming from you as you did the exact same thing in your first statement above. LMAO!

          • Pegasus999

I recognized that you might think that, but that’s the point, Einstein….I wouldn’t expect to get a job demonstrating my rhetorical skills unless those skills had been recognized over an extended period of time. I wouldn’t try to get a job as a commentator simply based on my good looks. To be clear, there is a difference between attacking someone giving their opinion and being critical of hiring decisions based more on style than substance.

          • Pegasus999

But see, that’s the point. It’s not that I’m (and by extension millions and Americans) are uninformed, it’s that these women have not distinguished themselves as outstanding journalists (with the exceptions of Ann Coulter and Laura Ingram, of course). The rest are eye candy. I’m sad that your attitudes exemplify the sad state of journalistic standards prevalent in the media today…pretty, but empty heads, able to read words, but unable to discern real issues over spurious chit chat.

  • Pinecity

Anybody but Tomi Lahren. I can’t stand her condescending delivery and phony sense of outrage.

  • Pinecity

Any of the first four, but I prefer Martha MacCollum

  • Go with Tomi Lahren.

  • Bill Jones Sr.

    Kimberly or Lara Ingrahm

  • Asmodai

What about Dana Loesch? Any obvious reason she’s excluded?

    • FreedomFighter

Maybe she didn’t want the job and didn’t apply?

  • Peter Brown

kelly reminds me of david bowie. I was never a fan of bowie but feel he’d perform as talking head as well as kelly. The candidates? They’re all intelligent, sharp, and feminine women. Fox will make the best business decision.

  • Tom Sizzle

Tomi is not ready for that slot. She’s smart, but lacking in experience. Ingrahm would be the best choice by far.

I still like staring at Tomi.

    • fiddlemuse

That’s my same thought… (not the staring part, personally) lol – but her lack of experience. Needs to be at this a few more years. Host a show here and there; i.e. get experience in more than garnering a social media following. I’d go with Laura or Trish. 🙂

  • Karen Millhouse

As long as it isn’t Ann, any of the rest are fine. I like Tomi the best!

  • disqus_MJfqmySRU1

No question, hands down Trish Regan. She Really has what it takes. First time I saw her fill in for Megan I kept saying WHO is that?!…she should take over this show! I even videotaped and sent it to a friend. The next night we watched her again…THE BEST! At the time I had no idea at all that Megan was even considering leaving. Love ALL these candidates, but Trish truly beats them all!

  • FreedomFighter

Any of them except Ann Coulter.

  • Joseph Castellano

Sandra first for me followed by Tomi.

  • Mitch Dineen

ann coulter would be exciting and controversial. tomi and laura would be a good fit too.

  • Lecey Wood

    MARTHA has class.

  • I’ve earned $84 ,000 up till now this year working on-line however I’m a full time student . I’m benefiting from an online business project I discovered and I’ve earned this kind of decent money . It’s seriously convenient to use and I’m just so satisfied that I found out about it . The potential within this is unlimited . Here’s stuff that I do, please have a look at my account for site name >>>

  • PixelPusher777
