Judge Andrew Napolitano dropped a BOMB on the Fox News Channel Tuesday morning.
Napolitano cited 3 sources inside U.S. intelligence services to claim President Obama went outside of the American chain-of-command, using a foreign agency, to spy on Trump.
After Obama was stymied in 3 attempts to get the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) Court to provide him a warrant to wiretap Trump Tower and Trump campaign officials, he reportedly used British intelligence to to the job.
Judge Andrew Napolitano: “Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA. He didn’t use the CIA. He didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use Department of Justice. He used GCHQ. What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database. So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving president-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this.”

Stunning. Trump’s DOJ needs to immediately document evidence of this claim, which given the fact that it was done to a presidential candidate outside of U.S. sanction, could carry criminal charges for any Obama officials involved.
